Well the grinding of cylinders is coming on now only a few more machines to do.

If theres any members out there that needs there hand machine grinding we will do at a cost.

Only kidding but if you ask the Course Manager he might say ya

The high winds have taken 5 more of our trees, two on 7th, one on 11th, one on 12th, one on 14th not too bad one of the lads mate had lost 35 trees and had only seen half the course.

New Machinery

A new grinding machine has arrived so we can regrind our cylinders and save the Club a lot of money.

It will take only 4 years to pay for itself and will last for 10 to 15 years.

Normally it costs about £3000 a year to do the cylinders.

3 of the staff have been trained to use this machine.

Now starts the diets

Just a quick update: bunkers on the 2nd are starting to take shape now, pitty for the golfers when you end up in them.

Its all good fun

Just remember to rake bunkers, repair pitch marks, replace divots and be kind to the greenstaff, and we will get along very well.

Lets hope the weather gets better.
